
Hopefully something like this would clear up the fact that we are definitely new owners. This was not just a name change. In the article they had some really nice things to say about what we’re doing at the restaurant and the food we cook:
I’d almost given up on satay skewers since they’re so often overcooked, but we were so glad we gave them one more try. Lai Thai’s are the most tender we’ve ever had, zesty with curry rub that pairs perfectly with the house-made peanut butter sauce with ground peanut sprinkled on top.
Despite getting Nguyen wrong, we thank them for stopping by and writing up a thorough review of their visit.

This is the first Thai restaurant in the greater GR area that I found got the flavors of Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao?) correct. Their Tom Yum soup is also superior.
